Delivery

Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in all seven emirates of the UAE. We don’t ship outside the UAE yet.

How long it takes

• YMS Originals and Personalised Storybooks: delivered in up to 7 days from the day you order, softcover or hardcover.
• Bespoke Keepsakes: 10–14 working days from the day we have all your photos and memories. This includes writing, illustrating and your preview on WhatsApp. The time you take to approve the preview is added on, so the sooner you reply, the sooner it arrives.

Times may be a little longer around Eid, Ramadan, National Day and New Year. If your order is going to be late, we’ll tell you.

Delivery charges

The delivery charge for your address is shown at checkout before you pay.

Receiving your book

Our courier will contact you on the phone number you give us to arrange delivery. If nobody is available, they will try again or rearrange with you. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or it couldn’t be delivered after several tries, we can send it again for a new delivery charge.

If you’re sending the book as a gift, add the recipient’s name, address and phone number at checkout. We never put prices inside the parcel.

Digital copies

If you added a digital copy, we email you a link to download it when your printed book is sent. It’s for your personal use. Please don’t share it publicly.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your book arrives damaged, or hasn’t arrived within the delivery time, contact us within 7 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date) and we’ll put it right. See our refunds policy for details.
